Purpose of Position
The Owner Reporting Analyst is responsible for managed client financial planning which includes creating and presenting managed client operating budgets and financial workbooks. In addition, the Owner Reporting Analyst provides and presents client operations summaries, and non-standard or customized analysis and reporting. The role will include occasional corporate FP&A analysis.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Understands aircraft expenses to level that is suitable to discuss with existing clients
- Creates annual operating budgets for new and existing managed clients.
- Updates monthly budget reporting including variance analysis
- Updates monthly client operations reporting
- Provides and presents business review materials to support various parties engaged in client meetings.
- Possesses the ability to repurpose existing solutions and apply them to new client requests
- Utilizes critical thinking and logic skills to solve client requests
- Supports multiple departments with various ad hoc requests
- Must be comfortable with talking directly with clients

Work experience, preferably in financial/operation analysis and/or planning environment.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills; capable of presenting complex financial information in an easy-to-understand format.
Familiar with concepts, practices, and procedures of financial planning & analysis.
Comfortable with excel, access and other Microsoft Office applications.
Tableau experience preferred
Strong multi-tasking skills.
Aviation experience also preferred
