Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)
- 2-4 years’ related work experience;
- Proven ability to sell products or services in person and via telephone without fear or apprehension of cold calling;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and one or more European Languages (preferred: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch);
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to adapt to ever changing situations and working with different personalities;
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and sales database management;
- Self-motivated and service minded;
- Persistent in follow-through throughout a long-term Sales cycle;
- Knowledge of SalesForce.com is preferable.
