Title: Strategic Account Executive (NJE)

Purpose of Position
The objective of the Strategic Account Executive is to drive new business to the NetJets organisation. The core functions of this role are: Account-based sales and prospecting, engaging strategic accounts via tailored campaigns, and building lasting corporate relationships that lead to new business opportunities. Strategic accounts are defined as the largest Public and Private companies with a revenue of $1B and above and corporations with their own aircraft.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of target accounts, stakeholders, key strategies, operational initiatives, and financial performance.
- Monitor news articles, aircraft market changes, public financial filings, IPO’s, M&A activity and C-level transitions. Follow industry and economic trends to proactively identify change triggers within target list.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of contacts, accounts, sales interactions, and opportunities within SalesForce.
- Support engaging with key decision makers through targeted messaging and demonstrating value by aligning with desired business outcomes.
- Define and drive the Sales strategy for each Strategic Account throughout the entire Sales cycle in close collaboration with the outside Sales team, prospect, support meeting and negotiating with top decision makers to assess the prospect´s pain points, to develop solutions, to close the deal and support the onboarding.
- Prepare tailored high quality in-person presentations.
- Create new business opportunities with strategic accounts and partner with outside sales teams in territory.
- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to the role to develop and execute business plans that successfully penetrate target accounts and open relationships; partner with outside sales executives and management.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, Communications or similar.
- Business fluency in English, written and oral. Other European languages preferred but not essential.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within the field.
- Excellent verbal and written communications.
- Ability to understand business drivers and think like a CEO.
- Willingness to develop a solid and in-depth business and financial acumen.
- Strong organisational skills and adaptability.
- Strong analytical skills, experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and merging various sources of data.
- Willingness to travel to sales and partner events and support on in-person meetings where required; polished presentation skills.
- Knowledge of SalesForce.com or other CRM preferred.
