Our Summer Internship is targeted at students who are in the last year of their Bachelor Degree or currently taking a Master's Degree.
About the Project:
To automate case management reporting, identify root causes through data analysis, and centralise processes in the new Hub.
• Developing a more efficient, automated case management report, as this has been on our agenda for some time.
• Reviewing trends and statistics in case management, with the aim of identifying root causes—particularly where interdepartmental communication, or the lack thereof, has had a significant impact.
• Uploading our processes to the new Hub.
