Title: Configuration & Data Management Administrator - Temporary Assignment

Purpose of Position
To perform administrative and support functions, as defined by the Configuration & Data Management Supervisor (CADM Supervisor), which ensures the organization and control of aircraft historical records (paper and electronic), allowing for unimpeded access and productivity by NetJets and Maintenance & Engineering authorised personnel and the Regulatory Authorities. Supports the CAMO Regulatory and Fleet Transition Manager, as required, with CAMO related projects. Maintain information within CMTS as advised by the CADM Supervisor. #LI-Hybrid
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ensure all processes and Technical and Operational data requirements associated with the control of Aircraft Flight Logs are actioned daily ensuring full regulatory compliance and limited backlog, including Engine/APU Oil consumption and APU hours capture;
- Responsible to proactively manage tasks and projects effectively to achieve an effective outcome;
- Perform the uploads of Maintenance related documents in Comply365 (Data Management System);
- Receive, control and distribute documents, procedures, manuals and media related with aircraft maintenance, in an effective and timely manner, to ensure that the most up to date information is provided to the maintenance team and to all relevant departments, in a timely manner;
- Perform general office administration and regulatory documentation tasks (including the distribution of Safety Cards, ATL, AAL and AFL/JL books) to ensure that the most up to date and accurate information is available and provided in a coordinated and timely manner;
- Support the CAMO Regulatory and Fleet Transition Manager and team, with designated projects, to successfully achieve the compliance requirements and company defined initiatives and goals;
- Perform non-safety critical Computerized Maintenance Tracking System (CMTS) support tasks, to the operations;
- Apply a culture of discipline and effective performance KPIs which supports optimised performance and excellence;
- Ensure that safety is a part of every job and activity. Support the safety and compliance programmes, ensuring that any issue that may affect them is appropriately reported;
- Other duties can be performed subject to being within the same professional career, considered related or functionally linked.

Core Competencies
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)
- High school or extended technical experience;
- Basic knowledge of aviation industry, preferably within a Part-M or Part-145 organization;
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken);
- Proficiency in MS Office.
