Purpose of Position

Support the Maintenance Operations team by completing non-regulatory administrative tasks while liaising with internal and external customers to meet business standards. The primary functions are the Maintenance aircraft WO cost control procedures and tasks related to the submission in the Maintenance Work Order Approval system (MxWO), as well as the control of T&E expenditures and submission tasks in the related company system.

Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Track, monitor and review the Maintenance Work Order costs submission in MxWO by the Maintenance Service Centre’s to ensure the control of costs related to NTA, NATUK & EJME in accordance with the Approved Expenditure Approval Matrix prior to the Maintenance Fleet Product Support Managers approval;
    • Track and monitor the open Maintenance Work Orders in MxWO and provide reporting analysis to the Maintenance Fleet Product Support Managers;
    • Liaise with the Maintenance Service Centres for outstanding quotations or invoices related to  completed work orders ensuring reception within the timespan required by NetJets; 
    • Support key Maintenance vendors who do not populate MxWO system, ensuring that related data is captured and upload for cost approval and clean of any disputed open items.
    • Monitor, control and submit in the company’s T&E system the Maintenance department credit card expenditures, including collecting flight tickets and hotel invoices for all charges, related to Service Centre personnel working on behalf NetJets or On-site management events.
    • Issue Purchase Orders and maintenance contracts in GAMS system and liaise with the accounts payable team invoices allocation to the correct work order;
    • As deemed necessary, in coordination from the Maintenance Fleet Product Support Managers, liaise with Maintenance vendors, FBOs and crew members the planning of required Tyre Pressure checks, servicing tasks, FMS and e-chart updates, ensuring task completion by MCC team;
    • Ensure that safety is a part of every job and activity. Support the safety and compliance programmes, ensuring that any issue that may affect them is appropriately reported;
    • Other duties can be performed subject to being within the same professional career, considered related or functionally linked.

  • High school or extended technical experience preferable if in a multinational company;
  • Basic knowledge of aviation industry, preferably within a Part-M or Part-145 organization;
  • Fluency in Business English (written and spoken);
  • Proficiency in MS Office apps.
