Title: Maintenance & Engineering Assistant - Temporary Assignment

Purpose of Position
This function is an entry level position to provide day-to-day administrative, functional and support to the Maintenance & Engineering areas.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Apply the NetJets Safety Policy and Management System requirements and ensure all team members are ambassadors of the company's safety requirements;
• In conjunction with the Maintenance Control Centre Controllers define priorities, to address work assignments to achieve an effective outcome;
• Ensure the Aircraft Status reports such as Tire Pressure, FMS & E-Charts Reports, Cleaning and other tasks assigned by the Supervisor are reviewed diligently and proactively actioned to maintain an accurate status of the aircraft fleets;
• Plan, coordinate the unscheduled and line work orders, aircraft cleaning and all maintenance events and maintain a regular follow-up, with the Service Providers of all the work progress for NTA, NATUK & EJME company aircraft to ensure a controlled release to service, anticipating potential arising issues that could impact the daily activity of the airplane;
• Review, control, and approve maintenance contract change orders proficiently to ensure the control of costs associated with NTA, NATUK & EJME work orders are in accordance with the Approved Expenditure Approval Matrix;
• Ensure all maintenance actions accomplished on NTA, NATUK & EJME company aircraft comply with NetJets CAME & Maintenance Procedures and Regulatory (EASA, ANAC and UK CAA) requirements;
• Report any aircraft continuing airworthiness activities or events, which potentially impact safety and compliance, through the established procedures.
• Coordinate and support Materials team with aircraft parts, shipping and receiving are in place for completion of the aircraft maintenance event;
• Track and follow-up NTA owned core returns of items returning from service centre locations;
• Plan and coordinate delivery of aircraft spares, liaising with the Materials team to ensure NTA owned items are positioned to aircraft location maintenance input.
• Support Maintenance Controle Centre and Base Line Maintenance teams with the Maintenance Work Order Approval (MxWOA) process to ensure accurate and timely processing related to cost control.
• Organise and execute the administrative and logistics tasks related to purchase orders and liaising with Accounts Payable for administrative procedures;
• Liaising with external vendors regarding invoicing, mainly reconciliation of requested service vs. invoiced service;
• Prepare essential documentation, updating internal document databases, and preparing relevant documentation as requested;
• Manage file and records, such as mailing, scanning, filing, and photocopying, maintains copies of important documents;
• Other duties can be performed subject to being within the same professional career, considered related or functionally linked.

• High School or relevant degree
• Preferential experience in a similar position in aviation industry;
• Fluency in Business English (written and spoken);
• Proficiency in MS Office.
