Purpose of Position
The Aircraft Closing and Contract Coordinator specializes in supporting all aspects of contract management and whole aircraft closings for QS Partners, a portfolio company of NetJets. This individual works directly with the QS Partners sales team and other NetJets business units to draft brokerage and acquisition agreements for QS Partners clients and assist in coordinating closings, including to ensure all internal and external documentation related to whole aircraft transactions is accurate, complete, and satisfies legal and regulatory requirements. This role also works directly with escrow agents, legal counsel, aircraft OEMs, FAA, and other relevant parties to facilitate efficient aircraft transactions.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Drafts, reviews, and manages brokerage and acquisition agreements, invoices, and other transactional documentation, for QS Partners clients.
- Coordinates QS Partners brokerage and acquisition transactions in partnership with the QS Partners sales team, including communication and documentation coordination with clients, escrow agents, legal counsel, the FAA, other relevant parties, and business units within NetJets.
- Manages transaction checklists, closing files, signature requirements, and deadlines to ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and timely.
- Develops and maintains working knowledge of applicable whole aircraft transaction practices, regulatory requirements, internal procedures, and standard QS Partners documentation.

- Must have experience supporting complex transactions, including working directly with government agencies, escrow agents, and legal professionals. Specific experience with aircraft transactions strongly preferred.
- Must be detail oriented, reliable, efficient, self-motivated and able to complete critical tasks independently.
- Must be willing to work in a dynamic, unpredictable, and fast-paced environment.
- Must exhibit the ability to handle a high volume of work accurately and in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Must be customer service oriented and possess excellent written and oral communication skills in working directly with internal and external partners and customers.
