The Aviation Operations Specialist works throughout the booking lifecycle to identify and mitigate operational and service challenges to flight requests, recommending options that are customized to the Owners' preferences and appropriate to the context of the flight. The Aviation Operations Specialist collaborates with other NetJets teams to mitigate risks to service so that the day-of execution of the flight appears effortless in the eyes of the Owner.

Tasks and Responsibilities

This process involves coordinating with other NetJets teams as appropriate before transitioning responsibility to the day of execution teams. Throughout, the goal is to identify and implement options that mitigate potential issues while ensuring the Owner’s experience appears seamless.
