Purpose of Position

The Corporate Finance Lead provides oversight of accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information, compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies, and the delivery of timely financial insights to support decision-making. Acting as a key liaison between Accounting, Finance, and business leadership, the Corporate Finance Lead drives financial discipline, reporting excellence, and continuous process improvement across the organization.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Support internal and external financial reporting requirements and ensure consistency across reporting deliverables
• Support management decision-making through actionable financial insights
• Support implementation and optimization of ERP, planning, and reporting systems
• Lead and oversee the global intercompany accounting function, including transaction recording, billing, settlements, and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, company accounting policies, and internal controls
• Develop, document and implement best-in-class accounting policies, procedures and internal controls. Evaluate and provide guidance on complex transactions
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices
• Coach and develop team members to strengthen technical accounting, reporting, and analytical capabilities
• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance and accounting processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and/or corporate accounting experience
• U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and International Accounting Standards expertise
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail, and effective organizational and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders
• Strong adaptability, project management experience focuses on goals, actions, and positive results
