Purpose of Position

This role leads the team of Aircraft System Managers responsible for conducting reliability investigations and root cause analyses. Collaborating with the Director of Fleet Management and other leadership, this role prioritizes and manages tasks for the team. The primary objective of the department is to identify, investigate, and resolve maintenance faults that affect the operations of the NJ fleets.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Monitor the NJ fleet for safety concerns and ensure a culture of safety is consistently maintained.
Oversee aircraft system data, ensuring tasks are prioritized and managed effectively.
Lead a team of Aircraft System Managers, ensuring projects are progressing as planned.
Generate consolidated reliability reports across all global fleets.
Foster a culture focused on component reliability and data quality.
