Purpose of Position

The Employee Experience Specialist supports the design and execution of Employee Experience programs that enhance the employee lifecycle and strengthen engagement including but not limited to: listening strategies, engagement surveys, voice of customer surveys, passive listening mechanisms, and recognition programs.  

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Listening Strategy: Support ongoing maintenance and provide recommendations to optimize and enhance the NetJets Listening Strategy.  Assist the development of experience maps for key employee groups
  • Global Engagement Survey: Partner with cross-functional team-members on the execution of the global engagement survey and pulse surveys
  • Ad-Hoc Surveying: Design, develop, and deploy voice of customer surveys, feedback surveys, and post-implementation surveys
  • Analysis and Reporting: Continuously and on an ad-hoc basis, analyze survey feedback for trends and themes and proactively provide recommendations to stakeholders
  • Passive Listening: Develop passive listening mechanisms to enhance the NetJets Listening Strategy
  • Project Coordination: Support the execution of employee experience initiatives by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and maintaining project documentation

Education

Bachelor's in Human Resources or Psychology
