Purpose of Position

The Flight Attendant Training Program Specialist, Senior is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Flight Attendant Training programs. This role includes managing course development, facilitating select training sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. The Lead collaborates with internal departments to optimize training programs, maintain accurate records, and support the continuous development of Flight Attendant Training Specialists. This position upholds the highest safety standards, operational excellence, and service expectations.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Training Program Management & Development
•    Oversees and maintains courseware in compliance with the Flight Operations Training Manual (FOTM), Training Standards, Policies and Procedures Manual (TSPPM), and regulatory requirements.
•    Collaborates with Ground Instructors on curriculum development and training module enhancements.
•    Monitors industry trends and attends relevant conferences to integrate best practices into training programs.
•    Partners with Training Capacity and Crew Capacity teams to schedule Trainees and Trainers for training courses, Initial Operating Experience (IOE), Annual Operating Experience (AOE), and Return to Work (RTW) programs.
•    Facilitates safety training through Flight Safety and external partners.
Leadership & Oversight
•    Manages and mentors Flight Attendant Training Specialists, supporting their professional growth and expanding their responsibilities.
•    Ensures training programs align with NetJets' high safety and service standards.
•    Assists with Training & Standards and Flight Operations projects, including manual development and strategic initiatives.
Compliance & Records Management
•    Conducts internal and external training audits to ensure adherence to regulations and company policies.
•    Maintains accurate training records using the FOX software system and approved training program documentation.
•    Ensures all training activities meet FAA regulations, company policies, and Flight Operations standards.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Strategic Initiatives
•    Works closely with Flight Operations, Scheduling, and other key departments to ensure alignment between training and operational needs.
•    Supports initiatives to enhance Flight Attendant training and professional development.
•    Provides insights and recommendations to improve training effectiveness and efficiency.

Associate's in Business Administration or related field
