Purpose of Position

The Human Resources Representative is part of the HR Service Center which is a support function for all of HR. The Human Resources Representative is responsible for managing designated processes and tasks, being a contact resource for all NetJets employees. The Human Resources Representitive has the opportunity grow and develop to become knowledgable within all HR teams.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Provide support with inquiries and requests sent to the HR Service Center email box.
  • Answer calls and respond to voicemails incoming to the HR Service Center hotline within established service level standards. 
  • Responsible for Tier-1 level employee questions. Escalate inquiries as necessary to Tier-2 contacts.
  • Track inbound/outbound communications with employees through designated tracking/ticketing system to ensure accurate records of Service Center assistance. Monitor open tickets until resolution.
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of Human Resources assigned processes and tasks.
  • Work with supervisor on various project work, as requested.
  • Update documentation of department processes, as needed.
