Purpose of Position

The Technical Programs Analyst ensures accuracy of the maintenance tracking system in order to comply with FAA, NetJets, and OEM programs and documentation while driving operational efficiency.  The Technical Programs Analyst is responsible for accurately updating the maintenance tracking system with approved changes and performing analysis to optimize tracking and maintenance programs. 

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Publish approved changes to the maintenance tracking system and ensure the accuracy of the changes in order to comply with FAA, NetJets, and OEM programs & documentation.
  • Build and ensure the accuracy of baseline configuration and tracking rules for aircraft fleets in the maintenance tracking system.
  • Build the actual configuration of new aircraft tail numbers within the maintenance tracking system and ensure the aircraft are accurately tracking maintenance tasks.
  • Perform analysis to optimize tracking and maintenance programs within the maintenance tracking system to ensure regulatory compliance while driving operational efficiency.
  • Act as a data steward for the maintenance tracking system by defining and establishing best practices for configuration of aircraft, systems, and rules within the maintenance tracking system to ensure compliance with FAA, NetJets, and OEM programs & documentation while facilitating operational efficiency.

Bachelor's in Aviation or Engineering
