Purpose of Position

This position is responsible for managing the material planning and Component Repair teams under the Supply Chain operations organization.  Responsible to support the inventory allocation for the global Service Hub Network as well as the CMH 145 repair station mission. Ensures the annual inventory financial planning requirements are met to ensure material availability and fiscal responsibility. 

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Develops, analyzes, and presents inventory performance data, forecasts requirements, and directs changes to inventory stocking levels. 
  • Develops and maintains stocking policies and strategies to ensure proper planning parameters
  • Manage over $6 Million worth of supplier On Site Stock, recommends inventory and stocking levels for OSS
  • Manages supplier performance and ensures KPIs are met
  • Supervise Material Planners and Component Parts Specialists
  • Lead quarterly Planning Parameter Review Board to ensure accurate inventory and stocking levels  
  • Manage end to end repair cycle for NetJets owned components
  • Reduce repair turnaround time for NetJets owned components 
  • Increases parts availability and reduces parts duration
  • Conducts on site stock reviews with suppliers and recommends changes 
  • Establishes procedures and supervises the annual physical inventories at ten locations
  • Manage supplier performance and provide analysis of KPIs
  • Provide complete and accurate supply chain data to AOG, Warehousing, Distribution, Transportation, and Supply Chain Leadership
  • Support Supply Chain Operations projects and initiatives with data and analysis 
  • Support Quarterly Supply Chain Business Review and Supplier QBRs 
  • Manage material for all fleet campaigns
  • Develop, revise, and implement policies, standard operating procedures, and processes that directly affect material planning and component repair

Bachelor's in Aviation or Business Administration
