Purpose of Position

The Recruiter will support and execute high-volume talent acquisition efforts across operational and corporate functions within the aviation environment. This individual will partner closely with Senior Recruiters and hiring leaders to develop and deliver recruitment plans for roles that require speed, consistency, and strong attention to safety, compliance, and candidate experience.

This role will manage full-cycle recruiting for a high requisition load, primarily supporting frontline, operational, and early-career roles while maintaining flexibility to support more senior positions as needed. The Recruiter will be responsible for building scalable sourcing strategies, maintaining active candidate pipelines, and leveraging recruiting technology to drive efficiency and throughput. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers while ensuring a positive, professional experience for candidates in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of requisitions, including resume review, phone screening, interview coordination, and candidate recommendations.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR partners to align on workforce needs, hiring priorities, and recruiting strategies in support of operational demands.
  • Deliver consistent, qualified candidate slates while balancing speed, quality, and compliance requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates for recurring and ongoing hiring needs.
  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System and HRIS tools to ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and data integrity across all hiring activity.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, volume trends, and time-to-fill data, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support recruiting events and represent the NetJets brand at job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Contribute to a positive candidate and hiring manager experience, recognizing the importance of professionalism and responsiveness in a safety-critical industry.

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS platforms with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and HR partners using a consultative approach.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Experience sourcing both active and passive candidates through a variety of channels, including networking, social media, and internet research.
