Purpose of Position
The Sales Analyst is responsible for supporting the NetJets US sales organization as we look to continue to scale our business. Reporting directly to the Sales Analysis Supervisor, this role will also partner with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Contracts, and Finance to support the overall needs of the NetJets selling model including, but not limited to: CRM Management and Reporting, Technology and Systems Implementation, Enablement and Training, Policy and Process Adherence, and CRM Management and Reporting.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Helps drive discipline and accuracy around CRM data entry and pipeline management
- Performs comparative analysis: Compares sales performance across different territories to identify any variations or discrepancies. Analyzes factors such as total sales volume, revenue growth rates, conversion rates, and average deal size. Looks for any notable differences or similarities that could indicate underlying causes or opportunities for improvement.
- Solicits feedback through daily interactions with the Sales Teams to understand challenges for project prioritization.
- Serves as a thought leader and subject matter expert on sales strategies and market shifts, frequently presenting findings to Sales Leadership.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)
- Proven experience in sales, sales analysis, sales planning, or business analytics in aviation or luxury services industry or a related field.
- Advanced in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) to analyze complex sales data and drive actionable insights.
- An understanding of standard forecasting methodology, KPI reporting, sales planning strategy is preferred.
- Expert-level SalesForce.com experience.
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite, for creation of reporting slide decks.
- Must be able to work independently to numerous personal and team deadlines, while consistently identifying areas for improvement.
