Purpose of Position

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Design & Deliver Production AI: Design and ship LLM-centric services (RAG, agent workflows, multi-modal pipelines) on AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, EKS).
• Own the Engineering Lifecycle: Write, test, and review code; drive design reviews; stand up CI/CD and observability.
• Advance Gen-AI Patterns: Evaluate, refine, and document enterprise AI patterns (advanced RAG, agent orchestration, MCP).
• Mentor & Upskill: Coach engineers on prompt/context engineering, model evaluation, and AI best practices.
• Influence the Roadmap: Track and prototype emerging models and toolchains.

• Required Experience
  • Programming: Python, TypeScript/NodeJS.
  • Cloud & DevOps: AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions, EKS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch), Docker & Kubernetes, Terraform / OpenTofu, Jenkins.
    
    
• Desired Experience
  • 4-6+ years software engineering including 2+ years building and running Gen-AI or ML systems.
  • Proven delivery of production LLM or advanced ML services with measurable business impact.
  • Track record of contributing to patterns and best practices and mentoring engineering teams.
  • Comfortable collaborating directly with business stakeholders.
