Purpose of Position
The Senior Copywriter is the storyteller for the world leader in private aviation. This person ensures and promotes the accuracy and consistency of the voice and messaging across the NetJets portfolio of companies. This role is capable of strategizing and developing original content in a way that continually differentiates the NetJets brand in a highly competitive marketplace. The Senior Copywriter crafts flawless, engaging communications across marketing channels including emails, collateral, newsletters, video scripts, digital media, and cobranded content for partners. This may require extensive research, interviews, and collaboration with team members across the organization. The Senior Copywriter also contributes to managing editorial processes to ensure efficient creation and delivery of copy that successfully meets objectives. This role may require oversight of copywriters and contractors.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- 60% of this person's time will be focused on Content Creation: Writes compelling stories about the many differentiators of the NetJets brand, for cross-channel marketing needs. Includes content planning, research and collaboration with team members across the business.
- 30% - Editing and Oversight: Provides creative direction and feedback to other writers and contractors.
- 10% - Content Inventory and Planning: Assesses all current content to ensure consistency of data, phrasing and voice and tone.

- Advanced ability to craft copy that effortlessly reflects industry best practices while also meeting the unique guidelines required by different partners and channels.
- Highly collaborative and comfortable working with graphic designers, project managers, and individuals across a number of different departments with various skill sets.
- Proven flexibility to seamlessly switch from web, internal or external communication writing, to technical or creative projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on multiple projects at once, while effectively prioritizing to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong grammar skills and style knowledge
- Agency or luxury brand experience preferred
