Purpose of Position

This position is responsible for ensuring all the supporting information for purchasing, moving, and paying for maintenance materials is mastered and loaded into our ERP systems. This requires the person in this role to interface with our external Suppliers, Internal Customers, Information Technology, and Procurement teams to capture, clean, and load the information in a timely manner. This important work then enables our Material Support team to have a complete picture of purchasing constraints to ensure we make the optimal decision for the business based on timing, cost, and compliance.

Tasks and Responsibilities

- Part Master Data: Team up with our external suppliers to capture key part information and get it loaded on a regular cadence.
- Supplier & Procurement Master Data: Work with Procurement to receive negotiated contractual information and supplier details to add them to the system.
- Warranty Master Data: Collaborate with Procurement and Warranty Finance to clarify contractual terms and flag parts & aircraft that are covered.
- Conformity Master Data: Engage with Asset Management and our Maintenance Technical Services team to manage data related to new deliveries & disposal of aircraft.
- Technology Automation: Partner with IT to explore ways to automate the bulk loading of data to reduce manual review & increase velocity to make data available.
