Purpose of Position
The Regional Warehouse and Distribution Manager is responsible for overseeing both third-party logistics (3PL) providers and NetJets-operated warehouse locations across assigned regions. This hybrid role ensures operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and compliance across all logistics operations, whether outsourced or in-house. The Manager will lead performance management, process improvement, and strategic alignment with NetJets' service and safety standards.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage 3PL supplier relationships, ensuring alignment with NetJets' operational objectives and standards.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against SLAs and KPIs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Directly manage NetJets-operated warehouse locations within the region, including staffing, scheduling, and daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, inventory, and quality standards at in-house facilities.
- Lead warehouse teams to meet operational goals and support maintenance and flight operations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for both 3PL and in-house operations.
- Analyze trends to identify areas for improvement and report findings to leadership.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and availability across all locations.
- Conduct audits and cycle counts at both 3PL and in-house sites.
- Resolve discrepancies and implement best practices in inventory management.
- Serve as the regional point of contact for logistics operations.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, IT, Maintenance) to support operational needs.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects.

Proven experience in supplier or logistics management, preferably in a 3PL or warehousing environment.
Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing supplier relationships.
Knowledge of safety and compliance standards within a warehouse or logistics setting.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
